About Stevia
Stevia is sometimes referred to as meethi tulsi by Indian cultivators. Its sweetness, often 300 times more than sugar, comes from a class of compounds called steviol .Stevia is probably the healthiest option, followed by xylitol, erythritol, and yacon syrup.
