Description
The time taken to reach fruit maturity from this ‘take-off’ point was found to be 15–21 weeks. Fruit growth was double sigmoidal. Maturity could be reliably detected when the density of the spurs on the fruit surface reached a minimum value (6 per 12 cm2) and a slight paling of the initially darkgreen skin occurred .
A well-drained soil with the PH value of 6.1 to 6.5 is preferable. You can plant Soursop in rectangular or triangular patterns at a distance of 4mx4m to 7mx7m. In the case of large farms, you can prepare the land using the traditional plowing and harrowing tillage system.
