Description
Cluster bean plants (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), also known as Goru Chikkudu, are erect, annual legumes, typically reaching a height of up to 3 feet with sturdy, angled branches. The leaves are trifoliate (compound leaves with three leaflets), and the small, white or purple flowers grow in clusters. The pods are compressed, upright, and range from 4-10 cm long, containing 5-12 seeds that can be white, grey, or black. These plants are known for their drought resistance and ability to thrive in warm conditions, making them suitable for summer cultivation.
