Description
Dill, also known as Soyakura in some regions, is an herbaceous annual plant, cultivated for its aromatic leaves and seeds, according to Britannica and Planet Ayurveda. It features slender, hollow stems and finely divided, feathery, aromatic leaves that are blue-green in color. The yellow flowers bloom in umbels, and the seeds are small, oval, and compressed with longitudinal ridges, also possessing a distinct flavor.
